Terms of Use for This Website

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover your use of votejournalist.garden and the services offered through it by Votejournalist Plumbing. By browsing the site, calling the number on it or sending a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template, not legal advice.

What Votejournalist Plumbing Does

Votejournalist Plumbing is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent plumbing providers. We do not carry out plumbing, drain cleaning, sewer or repair work. We are also not a party to any agreement you make with a provider.

Providers Are Separate Businesses

The providers you are connected with are independent. Each one is solely responsible for its estimates, pricing, scheduling, workmanship, permits, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or control them. We make no promise about their availability, response time, work or results.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance and get a written estimate.

Information Only

The content here is general information. It is not professional, legal, insurance or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that vary by job, and they are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider and your insurer.

What We Expect From You

Give accurate information when you contact us, and use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the site, disrupt how it runs, or try to get into it without permission.

Contact by Phone, Text or Email

When you call or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may reach you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing purposes. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing contact@votejournalist.garden.

Ownership of Content

The site's content and design belong to Votejournalist Plumbing or its licensors. Do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

Limits on Liability

As far as the law allows, Votejournalist Plumbing is not liable for loss or damage that comes from your use of the site, from a provider's services, or from any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is," with no warranties of any kind.

Updates to These Terms

We may change these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
